The game objective

To improve awareness of revenue leakage across all operating companies to improve frontline skills and create a revenue-responsible organisation.


The client solution

Employees set up and ran their own virtual businesses as CEOs. The players had to face and make decisions that could cause leakage, reputational damage and poor customer experience. In the subsequent six months after playing the game, their real-life leakage levels dropped by 30%.
